The Hein Academy of Art is a private art school in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is dedicated to the study of painting and drawing in the realist tradition. It was created to be an institution that is strongly rooted in academic training while also encouraging artistic advancement through creative exploration. It’s founder, Jeffrey Hein, first began taking students privately in 2002. The Hein Art Academy was officially established in January of 2007.
